Hobo chicken

1 chicken breast
1 T butter
Seasonings (garlic, salt pepper to taste)
Veggies – can be onion, potatoes, carrots, asparagus, beans, whatever you like

Spray inside of large foil piece, place chicken breast and veggies in center. Season and top. With butter. Fold close and place over campfire. Remember to turn for even bake. Can be eaten right out if foil. Creates really moist chicken.
